A perpetually stoned and endlessly laid back beach bum, Luca was born with figurative (and perhaps literal) saltwater in his veins as he grew up surfing in the cold waters of the Western Vagari Coast. Rather than pursuing his ambitions, Luca would rather spend his time finding bizarre substances to smoke.
